I saw something but I'm not sure I'm the targetted audience. I don't want to risk being laughed at, but I know you're not like that.
Why do we do things that are opposite of what we want to do or what others wants us to do?
One classic example, someone would say they are fat and they would expect others to respond saying how skinny they are. Some would sense the expected dialogue and just change the subject.
Another example, you want to do something but because everyone is doing otherwise you you follow suit.
Its like after doing the opposite you'll feel the pang of guilt or regret.
Sometimes you get those "follow your heart, don't be bothered by others" yet how many would do that?
